The project consists of 19 apartments ranging in size 35 – 91 m² and a commercial space of 149 m².

The green roof area of 130 m² of which 46 m² was recognized as an intensive green roof with possibilities of tree and greenery plantations to support the biodiversity, air purification and stormwater management.

During the DD2 phase of the project, I primarily worked with the masonry trade. My responsibilities included establishing trade-related construction documents: general trade specifications, building element specifications, bid lists, tender quality control plans and technical drawings.
